Let’s Go Vending is your local, Bay Area vending company. We are over 14 years old, woman owned business that is based out of San Carlos, CA. Our team works hard everyday to provide businesses like yours with service and products that make your life a little more convenient.
Are your employees uniformed?
Yes, our employees wear uniform shirts with our business logo. And our vehicles are marked with our business logo as well.
What are your service days and hours?
M-F / 7am - 8pm - after hour service is available on request
What is The Pantry?
The Pantry Service we offer is a fully customized approach to the services, equipment and products we bring to your business. We know that the attracting and securing great talent is a challenge. Let’s Go Vending has your back!! We will make your company look and feel great to any prospective candidates and employees. The products and services we offer for Pantry Service are:
-Coffee, Tea, Cocoa, Waters, Sodas, Juices, Sparkling Waters Etc.
-Snacks, Soups, Cookies, Crackers, Trail Mixes, Nuts, Energy Bars, Breakfast Bars, Etc.
-Dairly, Yogurt, Creamers, Sugars, Condiments
-Paper & Plastic Products: Hot Cups, Cold Cups, Bowls, Plates, Utensils,
-Sanitizers, Wipes, Sprays
-We Have The Equipment For Your Business: Condiment Caddies, Merchandising Racks, Coffee Brewers, Single Door Coolers, Double Door Coolers, Mini Fridges
WHAT KIND OF COFFEE DO YOU CARRY?
We work with several suppliers so we are confident that we will be able to source your favorite brands. By popular demand our in house brands are: Peet’s / Starbucks / Wolfgang Puck /
How long does it take for delivery/installation and what is the process?
Delivery and Installation is typically a two day turn around for in house equipment. However, if we are special ordering equipment for your business we ask for a two week lead time, once we have confirmation from our equipment supplier we will update you on installation and delivery.
Can we request specific products?
Yes! We want you to be 100% happy with our service and the products we provide. Let us know what you need.
Is there a cost to my company for the vending equipment/services?
No cost for vending equipment. If you are interested in Let’s Go Vending providing vending equipment and service we first start with a site survey. We will send out one of our account managers to meet with you, discuss your business needs, locate space for the machines and from there we will schedule a move date to set the machines up at your business. Based on demand we will add your business to our route schedule on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. At that time our route tech will service and restock the machines we have placed at your business.
How often do you come by and fill up the machines?
Our vending machines have Remote Monitoring Software installed in them. This means we are able to track sales remotely and know when the machines need to be restocked and service. Typically we restock and service machines on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
What condition is the equipment in?
All equipment is in great condition, with updated payment and monitoring technology and cleaned inside and out. We also label our machines with Refund Request info and directions.
What is the procedure if someone loses money in the machines?
When we deploy our machines we install Refund Request directions on the window of all our machines. Our Refund Request is as follows:

DO YOU HAVE HEALTHY VENDING ITEMS?
Yes we offer USDA California Smart Snack Approved items for our school partners and for our Traditional Vending and Pantry Customers we have several healthy options that will satisfy your whole group.
